Corporate sponsorships are available as follows:

  1. Golf Tournament Sponsor - $2750 - sponsors the first annual Governor's Conference Golf Tournament. What you get:
    1. Your logo/tagline will be in all promotional materials including website from date of payment,
    2. Company name announced to attendees on multiple occasions during the conference and tournament,
    3. Two free conference registrations,
    4. Visual poster displays commemorating company sponsorship including logo display at the conference site and tournament,

  2. Titanium Sponsor - $2500 - sponsors the evening reception for attendees. What you get:

  6. Bronze Sponsor - provide 500 logo items to give to conference attendees (i.e., t-shirts, golf balls, pens, pads, keychains, mouse pads, flashlights, badge holders, etc.). What you get:

Exihibitor Information

The 2008 Arkansas Governor's Health & Safety Management Conference is fast approaching. This year's conference is scheduled for April 7 & 8, 2008 at the Hot Springs Convention Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The conference is primarily geared towards managers, directors, and supervisors that affect safety or health in their workplace; occupational nurses; and EMT's. The event is being co-sponsored by the OSHA, the AR Department of Labor, AR Workers Compensation Commission, and the American Industrial Hygiene Association. We cordially invite you to take full advantage of this opportunity to display your products and market your services.

Lunches will be served in the exhibit hall and an evening reception will be held in the exhibit hall at. We are encouraging all participants to visit all the exhibitor booths in order to be eligible for door prizes. Additionally, you have the opportunity to gain optimum exposure to potential buyers and users of your products and services by sponsoring portions of the conference. A Corporate Sponsor Information Sheet is enclosed for your review.

We hope you will make plans to be a part of our upcoming conference. Please register online as soon as possible to reserve your booth space. We expect booths to go fast, and once they are gone - your chance to reach the safety professionals of Arkansas has slipped by until the 2009 conference!

Fees
Exhibitor booth rental will be available at a cost of $400 for a 10x10 single booth, $700 for a double booth and $1000 for a triple booth. Included in your exhibitor rental rate is free registration for two people to attend the conference. If you would like other representatives from your company to attend the conference, advanced registration is available for $225 each. Additional fees may apply if you have unusual requirements.

Set Up/Breakdown
We appreciated the 2007 conference feedback from each of you. Each of you agreed that a one day exhibition would be successful, so we are willing to give it a try in 2008! We expect your booth will be manned through-out the designated day of the conference. As a reminder the 2008 conference is a two-day and the schedule is as follows:

  • Set up Exhibitor Booths Morning of April 7th
  • Exhibit All Day April 8th

Booth Decoration Contest
The theme of this year's conference is "Holistic Health and Safety." We encourage you to utilize this fun theme in your booths, decorations, giveaways, contests, door prizes, etc. The Conference Planning Committee will judge each booth's decorations as to the relevance to the conference theme. The winning booth will receive a free booth space at the 2009 conference and a plaque!
