Mr. Brewster currently works in the oil and gas industry conducting safety and safety leadership workshops for the safety training firm, Randy Smith Training Solutions. Prior to this, Brewster served eight years in the military in safety and training and recently worked with the Arkansas Army National Guard in Iraq as a Training NCO and Equal Opportunity Advisor. He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana and a Master’s degree from the University of Arkansas. His expertise is in behavioral based safety and is published in the field of organizational communication. He is married to his wife Ambre and together they have a one-year old son Owen. They reside in Fayetteville where they enjoy all of the great outdoors that NWA provides.

Mr. Baggett brings with him 10 yrs of experience in the fire industry. He started his career in the fire industry in 1994, becoming a volunteer firefighter. He has an associate degree in safety from Northwest Arkansas Community College. He is an Arkansas EMT and Haz-Mat Technician. He is a Safety Specialist for Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies over the Lowell Facilities. He is married with 2 boys (4 years old and 5 months old). Hobbies include anything outdoors and spending time with his family.

Ms. Wright received her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from National University Sand Diego, California. Martha has her Master Certification as Workplace Violence Prevention Specialist from the National Association of Safety Professionals and is a Field Safety Representative (FSR)/Approved Professional Safety Source (APSS) in the state of Arkansas. Ms. Wright brings with her 20 years of experience in the insurance industry as a Loss Control/Safety Consultant. Martha has been associated with Risk Management Resources since April 10, 2006 as a Loss Control Representative. Martha is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Hobbies include cooking, baking, sewing, tennis, camping and traveling.

Mr. Green received his BS Environmental Health Sciences from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and MS Occupational & Environmental Health Sciences (Department of Toxicology), University of Arkansas Medical Sciences. Allen is a Registered Professional Industrial Hygienist (RPIH) and has been the Safety & Security Manager with Remington Arms Company, Lonoke, AR Remington since February, 1989. He started as Occupational Health Coordinator, primarily doing industrial hygiene monitoring and developing OH Programs. Allen took over the Safety job a few years later, then eventually Medical and Security. Hobbies include hunting, fishing, officiating youth sports, and spending time with my family and friends.

Mr. Snyder holds a B.A. in Science and Biology from the University of Northern Iowa and a M.Ed. in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from the University of Arkansas. Dan served his country as an Army military intelligence operative for the 194th Long Range Surveillance Airborne detachment, 34th Infantry Division. He has was part of the National Response plan during Hurricane Katrina delivering disaster site worker training and past Program Director for the National Safety Council’s Ozarks Chapter. Currently Mr. Snyder serves as a Managing Partner in the Performance Based Safety, LLC consulting network.
