Booth size is approximately 10' x 10'. One table and two chairs will be provided at no additional cost. Pipe and drape, table drape and skirt, wastebasket, and 110 V electrical outlet will be provided. If you require additional electrical, phone, plumbing, equipment or service use the attached form and contact the Hot Springs Convention Center directly (information listed on attachments). Booth locations will be assigned and provided to you at the entrance of the exhibit hall. The exhibit hall will be locked during non-business hours. ASSE Arkansas Chapter and representatives disclaim liability for damages or losses due to fire, theft, accident, vandalism or other causes. ASSE will not be responsible for electrical or other related failures. The exhibitor shall at all time protect, indemnify, save and hold harmless ASSE against any and all loss, damage, liability or expenses arising out of any occurrence which arises, out of exhibitor's occupancy and use of Embassy Suites/Hot Springs Convention Center premises during or subsequent to the period of the exhibition.
